yup, and that is the reality most " late to build and over capacity " LP 's are dealing with. Check the most recent financials from every LP. They are " writing down" which means they are destroying inventory that can't and will not be sold. The bloodshed has just begun. There are so many assets out their and nobody..I mean NOBODY is buying even at a barn burner discount. Newstrike...Hexo putting 200,000 sq' into hibernation, add any LP's name to the list. Ouch.
