TORONTO, April 18, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Eve & Co Incorporated (“Eve & Co” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: EVE; OTCQB: EEVVF) is pleased to announce that 16,665,000 of its June 2018 common share purchase warrants have been exercised for proceeds to the Company of approximately $5.8 million. The warrants were issued in June 2018 and were not set to expire until June 2020.
