I'm going to assume it was 60 business days.

If that is the case, and i hope it is at this point, wouldnt that piss you off that that could not be clarified?   Expecially with people actually asking them for a clarification?   Of all things to be miscomunicated in a NR without subsequent clarification?   anyone?

I have asked for that simple clarification via email and twitter.    I asked again today........Simple question, no answer yet.

there is zero excuse for a lack of clarification.   For people trying to do their DD there is simply no excuse.   Was the NR misleading?

Not a word of this on the Colio website.. the news release from eve on nov 22 says that they have been working together for months .  Perhaps the product they have been testing is no good and Colio quit.

The lack of EVE's desire to comunicate on the matter is concerning for sure.   Also has me ticked off.    Allowing a major LOI to run out would certainly be news worthy.   Stating 60 days instead of 60 business days would certainly warrant clarification.   Either way not great on their part from a PR standpoint.   And yes i am long blah blah ...more

i'd rather they remain silent then provide no details on a plan that may still be in process.  then release when they have a more firm understanding.   How long does it take to choose a variety that works for both parties?, have it grown and converted to emulsified oil?, tested ?(1-2 weeks alone) and then brought on a scale of production? They couldn't even grow a new ...more

I agree in the grand scheme of things the EU GMP, etc is what will drive this company.   My point is the lack of communication in general but expecially in a case where there is certainly something to report or at least clarify to your stockholders.   Dont put 60 days in the NR is you dont mean 60 days.

We, in part, invest in management when we invest.   When they start to act in ways that call things into question its a problem.   Regardless of the impact Colio will/will not have for the future.
