Roll back

Seems the prevailing opinion is unless the consilidation is being done to get onto an exchange with more visibility the consilidation is a bad sign.

reverse split is a death knell.. The company suggests it's a good move, but like others have said, post consolidation and the stock has more elbow room for shorters and further to fall.. or at the new price, the company will do a raise, again, affecting the shareholder negatively

By the time they take the vote the stock price could be so low they need to consilidate just to get it back to .08 lol.

there is no reason for EVE to do a R/S. THEY HAVE LESS THAN 300M SHARES. Eve will NOT be moving to any other exchange. Fact is EVE requires additional working capital....even at .08 or less, EVE is more than capable of going successfully to the capital markets...unfortunately it will require sweetening the pot with bonus warrants. First order of business for EVE, is survival, dilution means squat. ...more

sell inventory to raise capital.......its that simple.
Comment by MJVigilante on May 26, 2020 4:21pm
the problem is with the strategy, the focus on Europe has left few options in Canada for sales.  The will sell inventory if they can to avoid dilution.  Mel is in control and wants to maintain it - dilution lessens her reach.
Comment by MJVigilante on May 26, 2020 4:27pm
just to be clear, when the sales start in europe, things will take off.  They need however to survibve thorugh all the red tape.  It has already nearly killed them a few times.  I never knew how dangerous red tape was.  Canada sucks at controlling this industry - . 1 - over regulate the valid producers  2 - tax it heavy at $1 gram plus HST 3 - let the illegal companies do ...more

Especially if they still execute on everything going ahead which I can't see why they won't things take time. They just got there final approvals can't see them stopping now. Took almost 3 years to fully build out get licenced and get certification. Ya they're not just gonna let all that hard work go so all who think so give your head a shake

Let me know if I have this right,  They have 19M in liabilities due this year and Rev for the quater Q1 is 375,000? That's not good at all. Thats a big problem!
Comment by ezemoney on May 26, 2020 6:29pm
This could all end badly.  They are for sure in a liquidity crisis.  If they quickly do a 1 for 10 and lure in some financiers on the cheap they could survive but rough times for shareholders after all said and done the stock should see trading at .05c/sh if no bankrupcy.
