Reverse split

I doubt they do a 10 to 1 split. That would take Melinda to 8.4 million shares. 30 million outstanding shares. Not many shares to have at that point. If they can someday put it together but I doubt Melinda now. A short squeeze could happen down the road.

If this is done I hope it's to attract someone specific with cash available to provide liquidity and stability to this company until they can get the contracts in gear. I think it will be September before they get everything in place to be able to ship on a regular basis to Germany. The industry happens to look like it's on pause with HC focus mainly on covid. Q2 needs over $1000000 in ...more

If there is a consilidation then a dillution doesnt that minimize Melindas ownership percentage?
Comment by Spectra7 on May 27, 2020 8:40am
no, it's all relative.
Comment by Burnsmart on May 27, 2020 8:52am
I dont think it is.....i think it waters down her ownership percentage.    If you reduce her share count by a multiple of 10 then add 100,000,000 shares badk in over time that other people will own her ownership percentage goes way down.

yes burnsmart that is true, but that was not the question. EVERYONES % changes if and when MORE PAPER is sold into the market. If there is a R/S and no additional shares released ....than its simply a mathematical reference change S7

Agreed it is all relative if no more paper is sold.  BUT if the they get into a raise involving dillutions whe is going backwards on her ownership percentage.    Something she wont want to do unless she is forced.    I am looking at the possible motivation behind this

I guess what i am saying is because of the reason i stated this is not being considered to raise capital through dillution.     In my opinion...unless its a worst case scenario

i beleive it would be to attract certain institutional investors that would be able to support share price and promote volume, as currently their is no institutional investors (MMCAP gone).  If SP stays low through the end of June it benefits all shareholders as there will be a large number of expired out of the money options/warrants.  These guys (EVE) never sold us out by lowering ...more

I just DON'T see it happening....the people in the investment industry fully understand the #'s and are only concerned about the $$ they make in the transaction. Only retail freaks out when they hear the world dilution. Institutional investors will be in and out before the retail guys blink...but they will do fine with the fees and free shares that the expected bonus warrants provide ...more

for certain.  A consolidation does nothing to ownership percentage (or in theory share value/market cap), however any new issue dilutes.

The shareholders will be considered for sure with the amount of skin in the game by management.  Revenues and orders count.  The rest of the noise is a distraction. Hopefully the end of next month things will be clearer.  Thank you Bigoldstocktips for having a brain.
