101 Management has gruesomely managed to drive this stock down from high 5's to 0.205 ,at one point in time this was a good take-over target,now,not so much.It's a mystery how management can go on paying themselves with their frightful 5-year return:-57%and 1-Year Return:-64% track record.No analysts recommendation and no price target<Yikes>Unless youre a Hot day-Trader and your timing is right...

Yep, pretty sad performance. Million square feet, all kinds of contracts and we are sitting at .20. Something not right here.
