RE:WHAT's THE SCAM?That s a good question...
Apparently they want to buy as many share as possible until the closing date to register them and have an absolute majority at the Special Meeting.. I mean, they might try to discourage Terra group from trying to buy a larger stake by saying "look we buy everything, dont event try to match us"...?
Or it might simply be a big show to demonstrate to disgruntle shareolders they are serious about the company..?
An other interesting question: if the RBC sale provided 19% of total LND share to a group of, let s say, two people, those two persons would have 9,5% of LND shares each right? SO this mean they would be JUST under the 10% threshold that would make it mandatory to disclose their identity under insider rule.

I can't quite figure out what the fraudsters are up to.
After stealing 23+ million shares via RBP,the shares being purchased represent only a small fraction of that amount.
Usually insider buying fosters outsiders buys ad increased share price.
It just IS NOT happening here due to the extremely dubious reputation of the fraudsters..
Good to see that TerraNova has these hoodlums on the run.
