RE:For what it's worth...Mark is aware of us here and any other property in the area Craving. He'll do whatever is in the best interest of the shareholders. If it made sense, he'll move. We're about a 6 million market cap here. Any EVNI financing will be dilutive, no way around it one way or the other. But we have a low share count as someone previously mentioned so we have some room. However it could put a weight around our ankle temporarily until they prove out more and derisk.
If CNC could pull in some govt cash and/or offtake, that would bring in the necessary cash to help complete their project and give them room for smart acquisitions along the way. Another 10-15% drop here which is possible but not something I'd be happy seeing would really put us at risk of a hostile takeover here. If anything like that is ever entertained I'd prefer it was CNC. Makes so much sense. It would make one heck of a company. An absolute monster. GLTA
