Highlights Good afternoon dear colleagues, once again. I am glad to see you here again and to show you the results for the first six months. In fact, the time has passed so quickly that it seems to me it's been one month since I was here with you, talking about the results for the first quarter, but actually it is already end of July and it is only five months until the end of the year. So now we can see what we have done in the second quarter and in the first half of 2017. As always, I will start with Exploration and Production. We saw some interesting developments there. As part of geological research in Exploration and Production, one appraisal and exploration well was tested and put into production. Another three wells were drilled and another one is in test production, while Kiz-X-2 well is being tested. We finished 3D seismic surveys in Juni Banat I and Turija III exploration areas. We started acquiring seismic data in Morovi exploration area. We finished drilling Teremia-1000 well in Romania, on Ex-7 Block. Testing is in progress. What is very interesting to mention here - we have obtained quite good results. As I said last time, we projected four horizons there, exploration horizons - whether oil or gas. Basically, we anticipated both of them. In the course of drilling, we identified eight such horizons and now we have gradually started testing one by one. The first two horizons gave excellent results. The well now produces 30 to 50 tons per day. By end September, we are due to finish testing of the remaining five horizons and we will probably find gas there as well. Actually, at this moment, we don't have a depot for this oil there and, in order not to stop exploration, we are transporting oil to Serbia, to our Gathering Station. This is an excellent result for this Block in Romania and represents a great progress of the entire project. What else did we do? We performed fist fracturing operations, we call them GRP, in Bramalj and Majdan-Plitko fields. Judging from the results, the number of candidates for fracturing and drilling has increased. We also completed construction of a new compressor unit at Kikinda Polje compressor station.
