RE:GoldenOrb, just curious,....I am addressing sam's continuous posting of where the 4 million is coming from, the ambiguity etc.. I am not disagreeing with your point, never did. At this point I only want to see how the financial transaction for the 4 million is going to actually work. Maybe most aren't interested. Newco could front the security of 4 mil as collateral without spending our dwindling cash position OR selling the AAL & Seaway shares to cash. Yet maybe Newco will HAVE to deliver the cash over to EW/to be NUVA LIFE Corp which will diminish our cash position & deteriorate share value, see what I mean? That is what I am posting about & lageorges understood my point.
Anyway we shall all see how the structure of the financing will be set-up soon enough. Hopefully in two months or less. All this has to be brought before a special EW shareholder meeting w/proxies sent, which takes time to arrange. All the legal work has to be right. Hope this clears it up for you.
