RE:JMAN this question is on seeking alpha:Currently BoD has 4 members. If they reduce it to 4, it will be harder to put friendly members on the BoD if we later choose to do so. Just trying to preserve our options. Remember even though we are withholding votes for the BoD, they will continue to serve until we replace them. Until we can force a special meeting to have new BoD directors, we may try to place some honerable folks on the BoD to represent us, not the Sidoo family.
