Further Explanation of 10/7 Post

Further Explanation of 10/7 PostProfit.ro NIS Petrol SRl, part of the Russian giant Gazprom, will build a thermal power plant with a total installed capacity of 7.5 MW in the city of Jimbolia, after obtaining from the Regulatory Authority in the Field of Energy (ANRE) the authorization to set up for the realization to a new energy capacity. Before being presented here, the information was announced long before on Proffit Insider. Details about the situation in the energy system as a whole and the prospects will be announced at Profit Energy.forum, an event that will be organized on October 14, with live broadcast on Profit TV, and will be attended by officials with decision-making power from the administration. and the most important players in the field. The fact that NIS Petrol applied for such an authorization shows that it is very close to starting gas production in the perimeters of Jimbolia and Periam.. According to the ANRE decision, the authorization of establishment was granted for the realization of the new energy capacity Thermoelectric Power Plant at Probe 100 and Probe 6 Jimbolia, with the installed power of 7.5 MW, which will be located in Jimbolia City. At the same time, on October 1, ANRE also adopted a decision by which the subsidiary of the Romanian giant in Romania is granted "a license for the commercial exploitation of the capacities of electricity production". This is after, on September 23, NIS Petrol obtained from ANRE a license for the activity of supplying electricity. Also on the first day of this month, on October 1, ANRE granted NIS Petrol an authorization to set up the upstream supply lines for the production of natural gas in the perimeter of EX-7 Periam. In May, NIS Petrol had obtained from ANRE a similar authorization for the DEE V-20 Jimbolia perimeter. In other words, ANRE gave the final green wave for gas extraction from the two perimeters and their pumping into the National Transport System. The Jimbolia power plant will mainly produce the electricity needed to operate the two probes (Probe 100 and Probe 6 Jimbolia). The Jimbolia power station will probably be one for the production of gas to power (G2P) or electric and thermal energy (CHP heat and electricity cogeneration. These are thermoelectric power stations similar to the classic ones, but with much smaller capacities, located near the gas fields. They use as a fuel the well gases extracted from the deposits, which also contain associated gases, gases that cannot be commercially exploited because they are far from a transport infrastructure. NIS Petrol is not the first company to build such microthermal plants in Romania, OMV Petrom currently operating more than 30 such production units, with a power of 72MW, and which provides half of the consumption required by the company for gas field operations. NIS Petrol has a portfolio of six oil and gas perimeters on the Romanian territory, having all operator status. Four concessions are for exploration, development and exploitation activities in partnership with the Canadian company East West Petroleum (two in Bihor county - EX-2 Tria and EX-3 Bile Felix and two in Timi county - EX-7 Periam and EX-8 Biled ). A fifth concession is held in partnership with Zeta Petroleum and Armax Gaz, respectively the concession for oil development and exploitation in the perimeter of DEE V-20 Jimbolia, Timis County. The sixth concession for exploration-development-exploitation activities is also located in Timi County, in the EX-12 Crai Nou area. Profit.ro announced in August that the Serbian group Naftna industria Srbije (NIS), controlled by Gazpromneft, the oil division of the Russian state giant Gazprom, has signed a contract with the operator of the national oil and condensate transport system, Conpet, which has as object the transport by rail to the border with Serbia of crude oil extracted by the Romanian subsidiary NIS Petrol from the perimeters concessioned in the west of the country.
