RE:Board That's 1.3 million total options, not 1.3 million per Board member, but isn't it supposed to be 10% of the total "weighted average number of common shares" @ 89,585,665 which = 895,857 options not the 1.3 million Demare/Brown have signed off on? That's really trustworthy, right? Or do I misunderstand what the 10% share options package passed was based on. Which many of us voted against?
As well, what about cleaning up EW's reputation, how much does it cost to remove Sidoo as both Manager & Director? This can't be doing much to attract new investors right there on the EW Management/BoDs web page. So those several of you are honestly impressed with Demare's promoting EW?
Also update the BoDs web page to include Haney. These are matters of fact not meant as argument. GLTA
