Existing Well

Shouldn't someone be asking how many barrels have been shipped to Pancevo as "experimental production"?  Or how much "experimental production" is necessary in order to make a call on declaring the existing well commercial?  Seems to me like its been "experimental" for far too long. Bottom line is oil is being pumped and shipped to NIS refinery and EW gets nothing for it. How much has been produced? How much more do they need to make a determination on declaring it commercial??
