Yawn.

Yawn.Wow! 211 reads. Must be a sign of interest picking up. No other posters yet.

Are we close?  The chart is showing bullish divergence, for those of you that look at charts. Always a good sign, except when a bullish divergence  turns into a triple divergence, which just means that the breakout will take a bit longer.

For sure, just like earhtquake prediction, the longer it has been since the last earthquake the closer we are to the next one. Same with EPA announcements, the longer it has been since the last one ...  Well we are probably closer is all I can conclude.

Back above 0.40 in a while is my prediction, 0.27 and 0.35 will provide some resistance on the way.
Meantime, a good nap is in order.

EPA time, is put your clock back, and back, and back, until we fianlly get off our butts and say it's okay, now go build that landfill.

Yawn.
