RE:EWS and ACSXIt's hard to out a value on ACSX right now as they are in the process of acquiring companies, but for sure I won't value it at $150 million ($10/share). I talked to Mr Fenton (director of communications) at ACSX and he expected that revenues for this year (starts September 1st) will be about $200 million, he said they are in the process of making a big acquisition soon. In my opinion, the value of the company is worth the companies inside it, it's a holding company right now and the value of the parent company would be the value of the smaller ones combined. I have hard time convincing myself and other that Vertility company is worth 7.3 million shares when they pretty much have nothing. Goudas ethnic food is worth $5.6 million with a revenue of about $30 million per year, this I can understand. So the more companies with revenues he put together, the closer we get to the real valuation. For now, I don't think any professional will give the company more than $15 million. This value us at 2.5 cents per share. This is just my opinion. The more companies they acquire with real business and real revenues, the more value I will give ACSX.
The way it is right now, this deal WILL NOT have 66.6% approval from shareholders to close. Once ACSX acquire a real business, then we talk.
