I'm sure they do know what they are doing..is the email signed by an officer of the company?
They are using an email because of the legal differences between an unsigned email and an official, corporate Press Release?
Sure sounds as if they do know what they are doing to me.
Someone should post the entire email, including the headers, routing and all. No guesswork or baseless suspicions that way.
I would be delighted to be shown incorrect in my guess as why it was an email and not a Press Release.
