RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: InwestorLineI had an early reply from BMO .What they are saying now is that in order to sell your shares on the OTC it would have to be reviewed on a case by case basis to ensure that all the criteria of the exception on the cease trade order are met and then it might be possible .
When asked why a BMO rep would tell someone this would be illegal the responce was , " It would be illegal as the stock is cease traded . " When asked how this could be if all the criteria of the exception on the cease trade order were met.Then the matter is complex , not black & white , a grey area .
Anyway I get the feeling they would do it if a guy pushed them a little .Let them know that TD is doing it and what is in the cease trade .
3 Despite this order, a beneficial shareholder of the Reporting Issuer who is not, and was not at the date of this order, an insider or control person of that Reporting Issuer, may sell securities of the Reporting Issuer acquired before the date of this order, if:
