AMENDMENT OF WARRANTS TERMS
Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to amend the terms of the 3.75 million outstanding share purchase warrants, the balance of five million share purchase warrants granted on June 26, 2009, with an exercise price of 15 cents per share.
Subject to exchange approval, the exercise term of the warrants will change from a one-year term from the date of issuance expiring on June 26, 2010, to a five-year term from the date of issuance expiring on June 26, 2014.
