ENCORE RENAISSANCE RESOURCES CORP.
Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. has appointed John Tomanek to the board of directors. Mr. Tomanek will also serve as the company's chief financial officer. In addition, Souhail Abi-Farrage has been appointed as the vice-president, corporate finance, and Antonia Bold de Haughton has been hired as the controller. The new appointees bring substantial business and executive experience to their respective positions and are welcome additions to the company's management team.
