Tapping on the gaugeDid you ever have an old car, like maybe a 54 DeSoto or an old machine of some sort that had an oil pressure gauge..the old kind with a dial and a needle to point at the little numbers on the dial?...And when the dial didn't seem to read right..you would tap the dial with your finger to see if maybe the needle was stuck...and see if the gauge was telling the truth.
This feels a lot like that doesn't it??....the needle is at 60psi, but the motor is rattling...
