Looking at the Akash Patel transaction on Dec. 8th one is struck by the fact that it was an ," Acquisition in the public market " at $.0.10 which makes no sence since EZ was not trading anywhere near
.10 on Dec. 8th , however he did pick up 75,000 shs at
.10 during the last PP .

Akash Patel Y 75,000
Lincoln D. Fuqua Y 50,000
John V. Tomanek Y 75,000
Makes you think he entered the wrong transaction code in his SEDI filing .... a 10 instead of a 16 or 11 .
in the public market (code 10)
through a prospectus offering (code 15)
under a prospectus exemption (code 16)
by any other private transaction (code 11) or private placement (code 11 or 16)
exercise of options (code 51), warrants (code 54), rights (code 57), or third party derivative (71)
through redemption, retraction, cancellation, repurchase (code 38)
a stock split or consolidation (code 37)
If Fuqua and Tomanek particapated in the PP then where are thier filings ???
As for Mulberry's purchase of 1,335,000 shs at
.10 in the public market on Nov, 19 makes no sence either .EZ wasn't trading near
.10 and the number of shares he purchased in the PP , ( 100,000 ) at
.10 doesn't relate to the number of shares purchased in the Nov. 19th transaction .
In regard to Mulberry's dispositions , I've been monitoring the insider trade marker summaries TMX site and have seen no insider trades for EZ for a long time unless I've missed them .
Requiring insiders to disclose their holdings , aquisitions and dispositions is a great thing for investors but it can get to the point where it can also be confusing and misleading .Wish the regulators would step in and do something about it .
