ENCORE RENAISSANCE PLANS $5,000,000 FINANCING

Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. has entered into private placements for the sale of up to 25 million units at 20 cents per unit for a total of $5-million, where each unit consists of one common share of the company and one-half of one whole share purchase warrant and each whole share purchase warrant shall have a one-year term from the date of issuance for the purchase of one further common share of the company at the exercise price of 50 cents. (How did this investment work out for you, one year later we are at .05 cents)(we still might hit .50 cents, only after a 1 for 10 split)

Nothing but broken promises, lies, cease trade orders and more private placements to finance their globe trotting, to get a piece of the next big money making hunk of land that will just sit there unused, unanswered phone calls,and more dilution to water down your investment.

I sold the remaining shares today, fack for .05 cents, unbelievable, from over a million shares , at an average of .10 cents.  every time I averaged down, the sp dropped more, held on way to long waiting for bonaparte, yukon, and now tanzania to bump it up, not sticking around for these guys to buy land on the moon next.

There are some really good people here, and I hope one day it all works out, not waiting any longer, so happy the nightmare is over, mind you a very empty wallet now, but will get on to investing now. trust me no post ez depression here.
