RE: some of you blameActually ... yes ... he has. I talked to him once and he denied that his own news release stated they were currently shipping rock to Kinross.

Then I took out my phone and displayed the news release from September 09 on the company website. stating "Now shipping gold mineralized rock to Kinross."

He backpedaled and tried to say that nowhere in the news release does it say they actually shipped anything. By shipping he meant they were in the process of finding the trucks and setting up the logistics to send it down.

At that time the rock was still sitting on the boneapart site.

Lied? I'd say that it's lying. At best it's misleading and disingenuous. But I would classify it as not telling the truth.
