RE: RE: RE: how low will she go......You won't see me pumping this ever again. Once I believed what I was told by certain people - not any more. I apologize to anyone who may have been influenced by my opinions I had posted here in the past (unless of course they traded this stock wisely and made money when the opportunity arose).
One thing I will say now is that despite how horrendously this company is run - it WILL live to see another day. Unfortunately that almost certainly means another consolidation will occur.
That may happen before or after the next pump - but rest assured there WILL be another pump.
And yes it is very likely the share price will fall to .02 - perhaps even .015 (but I doubt it will go that low).
By the way, the banks have absolutely nothing to do with financing these juniors (for the poster who said as much).
Also there is NO minimum price set by the Exchange for PP's (for the poster who said .05 was the minimum).
For example: in March of 2009, Encore's previous incarnation CGW, did a 27M share PP at .03.
It is at the Exchange's discretion however to disapprove of a PP price if they feel it is unfair to shareholders etc... This is why you will often see a statement like, 'This private placement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange' , or other words to that effect.
I've personally participated in a .02 PP.
A price of .05 is usually the lowest you see for mining/exploration PP's for practical reasons only.
I will be watching how things unfold here over the next few months. I intend to begin accumulation shortly. GLTA
