Do I think that the last PP is important to share price.... yes!
I think we can all agree that the principals behind this company don't care a thing about the common shareholder. They do seem to care about their money, and the money of their friends, sometimes to the expense of us. I do not believe they will leave their friends, who were kind enough to float cash in the form of the PP, (to keep this company running) on the hook by doing a share consolidation without giving them an opportunity to unload. That is why I believe we will see at least a dime ( double PP price).
