Doesn't insider trading usually say who sold? It only mentions EZ.
If its an executive who has 100,000,000 shares it wouldn't be too bad but if its an insider who only had 250,000 shares to begin with then it would be more interesting to know why ... of course he could be in debt, etc. all part of DD I guess..
