We are waiting for the news on Kinross payment, and it can come any day Whether or not the sale is significant, it still represents a huge first step for Encore (i don't think they had any revenues in past).  I am not sure why anyone would be selling at this point, especially at market price.   Michael Mulberry, president of Encore, comments: "This is the singlemost
