EZ comments on cease trade.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Mar 9, 2010 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --

1)The company would like to assure shareholders, however, that it will be completing the shipping of its mined bulk sample to the Kinross mill in the next few weeks as planned, in anticipation of its early April scheduling to run the sample.

2) the company is confident that its projects will bode well for the company and is working diligently with the auditor to complete the Financial Statements in a timely manner to meet the regulatory requirements. The company is continuing operations, especially the completion of the Bonaparte Project initial bulk sample.

3) management is confident that the audited annual financial statements will be filed and cleared very shortly.

This is a sample of the coments issued by EZ the day after the cease trade.  I am a small shareholder so I don`t want to bash this stock but in all honesty... wtf.

1) Early april has come an gone.  You would think that if EZ had sucessfully delivered the bulk sample there would be an update regarding it.

2) I hate news releases like this when the say things like ``timely manner``.  What is timely to one party is decidedly long and inconvienient for another.  More specifics would be nice.

3) Again, is it too much to ask to define ``filed and cleared very shortly``...

Since the cease trade order was rather unexpected is it to much to expect an update on what has been going on over the last 50 days.  Is any progress being made etc.

I bought shares in EZ after reading a news release a while back claiming that EZ was going to be a producer and the first check was expected within 30-60 days.  Thats was quite a few months ago.  What happened.

I hate to agree with some of the bashers that are posting all to frequently here, but nothing that this company has stated they would do has come to fruition.  The one good thing that occured was the last 5 million financing at remarkable terms.  However, when i bought a few months before, EZ  gave the impression in there news releases that no new financing was going to be required because checks would be coming down the pipe.

Whats happened to all these expectations...   Is it too much to ask to release some relevant, accurate info on where we stand today.

I don't think the company meant  what they said, especially about clearing things up quickly.  If it was just about late filing it would have been back trading long ago. Mulberry may have been set up as the fall guy, I don't know.  But I think someone or some people are going to be taking a fall and will be replaced. This is just my opinion but this thing stunk months ago ...more

Yo hotsnot, seems like Mulberry took a few pages from Dear Abby'sdiary. What you have said is so very true of when this POS was CGW,or whatever. I tell ya it's deja-vu!All you ever get from them is side mouth statements, never a certain time period or any commitment for whatever. And then you get someone like Nelson trying to compare his situationto that of a company that was supposed to be ...more

How relevant is it that in a recent phone conversation with the guy who handles the "Custom Milling" at Kinross Kettle River, he made a serious effort at pointing out that Kettle River is not set up to process non-sulfide bearing ores?A friend called in reference to some work he is doing for a mid-size project near White Bird, ID that has ore very similar in description to what is ...more

"How relevant is it that in arecent phone conversation with the guy who handles the "Custom Milling"at Kinross Kettle River, he made a serious effort at pointing out thatKettle River is not set up to process non-sulfide bearing ores?""non-sulfide bearing" should read instead..."sulfide bearing".Sorry about that. One must be accurate here.

1) Re-read your handbook for pumpers.2) Re-read my posts. I have very clearly stated why I am interested in the Ugly Sisters/Cousins3) Do you, by any possible chance, have anything pertinent to add to the discussion or are you still thoroughly enmeshed in the "anti-credible evidence denial" part of your Beginner's Pumping Handbook"?4) If you are so easily confused as you ...more

PS...You don't read or at least, comprehend what you have read, do you?I did not "involve" anyone in DD on SL-EZ. I already know all I need to know about SL-EZ and the cast-of-characters involved. I related that a friend, in doing some research for an operation he is connected with, interviewed Kinross Kettle Creek as regards processing some sulfide rich gold ore from a deposit near ...more

Oh, I almost forgot while I was asking your wife about your strengths...she didn't know of any...but as to the one part of your compound question..."...true intentions and goals regarding SL-EZ..."?None, Dear simple minded Little Man, none. There, is that simple enough for you yet? Considering just how simple you are, if you post again, I will attempt to craft an answer yet more ...more
