over the last 3 or 4 months...everybody whos a somebody is  getting out.....lots of volume at a steady 7 to 7.5 cents...now down to 6 cents....thought maybe they would run it up to 10 cents to cover the last pp of 13 million shares....guessed wrong!...it has been in progress for a long time now...by the way Management has been dumping....this has been a  very well...mismanaged company....wondering why it has done nothing for over a year....I see why its taking so long to announce a Reverse Split...the pigs are at the trough...gonna fill their pockets at the next AGM...over 26 million in options they are filling up with...I see these pigs walking the sp down to 1 and a half cents....at 10:1 we get a new name... Encore Number III........or should they call it..... Bend Over?......it opens at 15 cents.....26 million outstanding shares.....another private placement 20 million at 15 cents...is $3 million ...oh and the 20 million warrents......so right off ther bat were at 66 million O/S and the pigs have 65% of the outstanding shares...its a ponzi scheme that keeps on giving...legal too!...maybe because us dosile Canadians just put up with it...maybe its time retail share holders did their Own PP to fund legal council and stop these pigs once and for all....this will be the second reverse split and name change in how many years?......JIMHO.......only because its my third time this year I have lost to this ponzi scheme........I am not an expert, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express, last night!!!!!!!

    Maybe the shareprice is down due to the overall markets being down today. But to add to that the management isn't helping either.jesse

For these reasons.1) bonaparte news has suddenly become dead. So is it real or not real?    If it was that good they would be talking it up and raising money.2) Tons of shares-a reverse split is possible but it won't help.3) Has no money but is still ready to encumber itself with more obligations       in a dubious African situation which it might

I'm out now but I'm still keeping my finger on this one in case we get a decent news release. As for why it is down, many of the reasons have already been stated. But the one thing that I find most disturbing about this company is that i don't know why they didn't go forward with conventional practices in the first place with Bonaparte and get themselves an NI-43-101 resource
