This was the exact thought I had. The management in that company seem to acknowledge they just hope something will happen with regards to mining success via joint ventures, while not really planning to do much else at the same time. It's better to buy Deveron instead, the gains aren't diluted. Much better royalty generator companies than greencastle resources if you want a play in that field.
