So much for Cormark's $1 target price. Too bad they couldn't have clarified that this will come AFTER the 10 to 1 reverse stock split, especially after the stinker of a news release this morning.

Where are you getting this 10 for 1 stock split from??  I would hardly call this a stinker of a news release, unless of course they are lowering the share price for the financing, which I would not be impressed by.  Gardy

fyi after this big acquisition Cormack had raised their price target to 1.50.
