The company knew that level 3077 was mined out but continued using the resource to be mined in their projections of ounces Indicated and Inferred. In other words they inflated the amount of ore that was there. THAT is a huge mistake and $millions that should be there to extract are no longer there. You take the attitude that it was announce or known so not a problem. Wrong, it's a material misstatement of fact - whether intentional or not - and the company is at risk of a massive lawsuit. Many investors, relying on what was stated as Indicated and Inferred while doint due diligence have been harmed. I happen to be one of those investors and I'm not happy. If you are happy [I'm STILL guessing you're a short or at least a "Fast Trader"] that's fine but many have been rinancially harmed. That is the issue
