First AU Limited is an Australia-based advanced gold and base metals exploration company. The principal activity of the Company is exploration for gold and other metals in its interests in mining tenements located in Western Australia and Victoria. It is engaged in pursuing exploration programs at its Victorian Goldfields Project in East Gippsland and its 100% owned Gimlet Gold project near Kalgoorlie. The Victorian Gold Project is located in the Gippsland region, which is in the historic mining area of Swifts Creek and is focused on the Haunted Stream and Snowstorm Projects. The flagship Haunted Stream Project is located in East Gippsland Victoria (340 kilometers (km) South East of Melbourne). The Company’s Gimlet Gold Project is located approximately 15 km northwest of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia EL26/174 and application M26/849 -9.6 square kilometers. The Snowstorm Prospect is located within the historic Swifts Creek Goldfields in the East Gippsland region.

Tell us sclarda, just how do YOU do due diligence when a junior miner - who is already in trouble - decides to no longer give updates except quarterly? Or are you one of the lucky few that Richard Goodwin gives [illegally] insider information?

This is not a company that has been in production very long, has no NI43-101 and evidently does not plan on releasing one, and just advised us that THE richest ore in the entire mine was already mined. And if you believe them - it was mined 90 years ago and no one noticed.

I think the company has an obligation - if only morally - to keep its owners advised on what the hell they're doing. I would think ALL shareholders would want the same but you seem to have issues with my asking that they be more open. So, once again, sclarda, how do YOU do due diligence on a company that keeps its production secret? I'm sorry you're down $35K but if you had averaged in you wouldn't be down so much - right! Somehow I dont think the issue is having too much information but having too little. How can you buy or sell if you have no idea what the company is doing?
