Sorry to hear you've not been paid but not surprised. I'm guessing the company is running on fumes from a cash standpoint.
You might want to protect yourself and file a Mechanic's Lien against the company for your money. As a creditor you have that right and the only thing that comes ahead of a Mechanic's Lien are federal taxes. If something happens to Fire River - such as a takeover by Sprott - you would be at the head of the line and get your money first. Remember, first to file establishes your priority, so you might want to go ahead now.
Do a Google search for filing a Mechanic's Lien in Alaska or file a suit in Small Claims court and if you win your suit [very cheap to file a Small Claims case] that will protect you. Before you do, write them a demand letter and give them 1-2 weeks to comply. If they don't - file a Small Claims action, get a judgment and then file your lien.
