ChunderChump; understood the share price has declined and understood that there have been major issues and set backs as there are with many "juniors".  It's not a guarantee pal, if you don't like the risk go sink your money into the so called blue chips.

 

I personally think (and that's what these boards are for chunder) that;

  1. the old Management Team resigning
  2. update and timeline of expectation to fill the open spots
  3. timeline for company updates
  4. announcement of the new Interim CEO/President
  5. andddd that the Company is to postpone and re-evaluate the previously announced equity offering 

are all GREAT news for me as a shareholder but maybe not for your short covering as your intentions are pretty apparent now!  Thanks for standing up and looking out for ALL shareholders!!
