RE: Fire River Gold Amends Waterton Debt Facility

RE: Fire River Gold Amends Waterton Debt Facility

Either Waterton is crazy or possibly like a fox..........I'm never happy with dilution or warrants but we aren't heavily diluted as far as juniors go as it is, so I'll take the measly 2.5 million warrants offered to Waterton.  The Waterton original facility is structured in a manner that benefits them the most when FAU is in production.  Why are they so interested in warrants if they thought FAU was going bankrupt?  This confidence in lending tells me that Waterton knows the situation a little better then our friends Chunder or Bintang.  I would assume we are very close...............but I have been wrong before and I will be wrong again, so take what you will from it and good luck to all!
