It`s rare to see an insider buying on the open market in a resource junior . I think it would be unheard of for one to be buying while he could be in a PP at a lower price with the bonus of a warrant . He must have a huge amount of faith in this project . I can`t see any other angle that would be to his advantage . These insiders hold so many shares now they could never dispose of them to the ...more

Since he is invested in this, it's in his interest to reduce the overhang and make sure the placing actually happens.

I think because the placement is non-brokered it was already sold at inception so that doesn`t explain the buying . Mario has bought in the millions over the last few years . Pretty well since they got into phosphates . Can`t help with the other phosphate projects . I think there has been little work done on them while all resources go to the main event . They also have a nice copper project with ...more
