RE:FDR: would a “near-ology” play help or hurt? What surprises me is that Founders is "so under the radar" that volume is peanuts!
Even after the latest fantastic news release you'd figure some volume might trade. I realize that their are some cheap warrants are likely being excercized and sold but the crickets on these chat boards regarding the company is mind boggling.
I recall playing the likes of South American plays like Ventana, and Aurelian back in 2009 and the junior mining markets were a virtual frenzy. Eight to 10 baggers all over the place.
With the younger generation more prone to looking at industries like bitcoin, you'd think mining, and gold in particular would be of interest but many of the companies I hold are sitting near their lows in spite of gold tranding consistently above $2000..I guess tech is currently monopolizing the market.
With Artemis making a nice move yesterday as it comes closer to production, interest should slowly improve for the sector.
The WEST seems totally oblivious to gold, while the banks and investors in Eastern cultures are snapping up gold left, right, and center as the US$ slowly begins to lose it's lustre as a currency of trade...
Should be interesting in the months ahead...but I think Founders needs to get out on the Dog and Pony Trail and start telling their story...managment is falling short in this regard..They attended the show in Van, but thats only part of the equation.
