Dean's insider transaction is in relation to incentive stock options with a 10 year window.  Not a purchase on the open market.

The Chinese investment is now a pretty minor part of FEO.  We are more likely to be purchased by an Australian, European, or North American mining company.

When you see Chinese names like; Chan, Liu, Tao placing bets on a stock it's usually with a well educated guess :) And when they are insiders they are not doing it to just appear on insiders lists

I see it as they don't make money unless a deal gets done. Incentive is defined the right term to use. Just gotta wait out the market.
