Let's hope the ongoing negotiations are fruitful.  
 

When fully diluted there is an extremely high % of insider ownership!  I appreciate that.

Agreed Swl1896. This company has huge nsider participation. I can only assume they want this one to work out. I see beedie bought into this placement, as well as Dean. This stock could end up being one of those stocks you put 100K into, and retire when it hits. Alas, I only have about 10K invested. I really think this flies someday.
