Progress?
I am not sure if the LOI agreement with the Unuit community is new or not, but if it is then that is a sign they are trying to move this forward.

Not progress. Really old news. This is a large asset with few buyers. This small group of interested parties all know what is on the table and have their own interpretation of its value. No more research and no more studies. Either one of these potential buyers actually wants this or it gets shelved for another decade and management moves on to their next project.
