The Chinese own 85% of the shares. Management, Chinese, own 55%, WISCO owns 25%, is a 40% JV partner, will provide 70% of capex with debt financing to reach production and has a 60% off take agreement. Minmetals owns 5%, and has a 10% off take agreement. No float to speak of here. Someone on the NML board posted that a bunch of Chinese business men are in Labrador staying at a hotel.
