RE: RE: northern miner
I think I will have to write the Northern Miner as I just received my print edition today ( the last two issues came together) A nice article about Hathor on the cover ( August 15 issue) too bad they got bought out by the time I got it ... I already knew all about it , but info in a timely manner is critical sometimes. Anyways the issue had a nice article on Century, not much new for for us, but it's nice to see the coverage.
In summary
Went over ownership Wuhan paid 60.9 milion for 25 %, and minmetals 12.2 million for 5 % and that this plus the offering gave them 115.5 million to start with ( very nice for a new company)
The company has 92.8 million shares minmetals and Wisco represent 30%, founding shareholder, 55 % and retail 15 % ( very small )
Wisco plans on cashing out for profit while maintaining a stake like they did with consolidated thompson
in century and adrianna.
Going to concentrate on the Augyva project first because of location to infrastructure and capex. Probabley going to use a slurry pipeline ( cost 300 million ) but opex would be 1 to 1.25 per tonne.
good luck
