I will never understanding - Anonymous buying and selling

Can anyone truly explain to me the "Anonymous" buying and selling in a penny stock that no institutional holders and where there is no institutional research.  I can never understand this.

Imagine you have a client who has a significant holding in a juniour-and that client is losing faith but doesn't want that fact to be  known.  If management is aware, and they usually are, of who the client deals through they will know when he starts to sell.  By jitney selling you can conceal your firms identity and protect, temporariy, the clients confidentiality.  Of ...more
