Walter, we know the annual audit is still a surprise to you after over 12+ years, but really? June 29th is the last update? Can you say incompetent? 

How is it that this bubbling fool continues to run this company into the ground without all of us screaming, replace this incompetent fool? 

At least, spin out some of the drill ready properties and put someone who will actually drill in charge.
