RE Bought deal

RE Bought dealKeep in mind this is a very small deal, split between 2 houses, with likely a presidents list. This is not a full throated endorsement of FL, yet. One of the strings that often gets added to these deals is a requirement that the brokerages commit to publishing research and following the company for a period of time.
Trevor Walker is in a bind here because I think he only wanted 10 mill, likely more was available, and 10 mill does not generate the fees for the underwriters to demand a lot of moiney spent on research, but he has hopefully got a commitment from at least one of them to write FL up. If so, I believe it cannot be done until after the issue closes (DEc 15) so perhaps between now and late January there will be some coverage. Still a step forward, because the cash level was getting dangerously low. The company also has to be radio silent until closing, so there will not be any significant company disclosures. Clarity on the road wopuld be nice, and that comes from the Province, perhaps.
There will; be a lot more fees generateds as FL gets closer to production decisions, and either by partnerships or a mix of debt and equity, there is a good reaon to have a few brokerages getting better at the story.
Best of luck
