One is helpful and offers direction and alternatives. The other is what people do when they don't like what is going on but have nothing positive to offer to the situation.
I invite valid criticism. With reasons and examples. It helps me make decisions.
Criticizing leadership without any specific mention of what they have done incorrectly is complaining. I've heard lots of it lately, not much of it new or informative.
I enjoy the SP low as much as everyone else. It sucks. But like Buffalo said, if you're here for instant gratification you got on the wrong bus.
