Dear Chairman Rick,

Please promote your son Trevor to Vice Chairman. Please hire a seasoned mining executive to assume the role of CEO and please for God's sake hire professional investor relations name or firm.  Come on Rick, Bora whoever he is not an Investor Relations guy. Get with the program and start managing.

To to: let it rest, you made your point. you won't hurt the company any but you can sure ruin a nice discussion forum. Send the chairman a real letter. he probably sees it a little differently. Trevor had increasing responsibility in the company business before this (most recently was VP) and Rick has more direct knowledge of his strengths, weaknesses, and overall performance than you do. I agree with Margin......Call the Chairman directly for a one on one conversation in regards to your preoccupations...... Bought deal agreement for 20 MM$ is necessary.....is there more? We weren't behind the closed doors......but one thing we know is that Goldman Sachs is on board with RBC Capital Market to promote FL. I dont always agree with management - but once I've made my point ...more

While I am/was frustrated with the timing of the most recent financing with GS and RBC, I am holding out hope that there is reasoning behind it, more than just needing some money for a few months until the PFS is out.  Maybe it's a pay to play with the "big boys" or there is a deal in the works they can't talk about yet and need the help of GS?  I don't know the ...more
