FanLogic Interactive Inc. Announces Close of Final Tranche Non-brokered Private Placement
Calgary, Alberta (FSCwire) - FanLogic Interactive Inc. (TSXV: FLGC) is pleased to announce that it has closed the final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement issuing 5,825,000 units for proceeds of $349,500 for a total of 7,825,000 Units at $0.06 per Unit and total gross proceeds of $469,500. Each Unit is comprised of one (1) FanLogic Share (an “Offered Share”) and one (1) FanLogic Share purchase warrant (each such warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one (1) FanLogic Share (a “Warrant Share”) at a price of $0.12 per share at any time prior to 4:30 p.m. (Calgary time) on the date that is twenty-four (24) months from the Closing Date. The common shares will bear the appropriate trading restriction legends.
